This Generation Martial Arts cardio program is curated for people aged 13 and up. We believe good habits are forged through consistent and safe training. You will receive quality instruction in a safe environment and the ability to train at your own pace. In this class, we focus on the fundamentals of kickboxing, while maintaining a high intensity workout for ALL levels of athlete (beginner to competitive).
