Youth Program

We offer one of the best youth programs in our area.

It is run by one of our World Champions, Lorenza Shamuon. We provide discipline, self esteem, a learning of respect towards peers as well as anyone around them, and many more.

Shamuon Generation offers a safe learning environment where your child feels comfortable to learn and be themselves, no intimidation from the instructors or their peers.

This program will help your child not only learn how to defend themselves, but they will gain a confidence that will not only be in the class, but will be present at home or at school for presentations or in front of friends which will help them for the rest of their lives.

Adults Program

We offer a great workout in little time. We work with your body, not against it. For those who are worried that they are unable to do Martial Arts due to past injuries or any conditions, we can work around it.

We will teach you how to defend yourself, help with weekly workouts, meet new people, relieve your stress and exercise your mind.

No Martial Arts Experience Needed!

The Generation Summer Camp is run by Sifu Lorenza Shamuon. Lorenza has the best experience running these training camps with great success! The kids just can't get enough!

Full Day or Half Day...Your Choice

We give parents the choice to send their child for a full day or a half day..whatever fits their busy schedules.
Full-day: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Half-day: 9:00am - Noon OR Noon - 4:00pm

What do we do at Summer Camp?

Kung fu classes
Indoor Games
Arts and Crafts
Lunch time movies
Demo Team Competition
Mini Tournaments
and so much more...

On Wednesday, kids will either be taken to Kidzone OR Bowling

On Friday, there will be a pool party!

What should my child bring?

A club t-shirt and any pants or shorts that your child can train in. ( A shirt will be provided if child has no club shirt).
Healthy Lunch and Snacks (Please Note: NO NUT PRODUCTS ALLOWED IN THE CLUB).
Running Shoes
Water
A positive attitude and LOTS of energy
