Teen / Adult Program (Ages 14 & Older)

We offer an effective workout in just one hour. Our programs are designed to work with your body, not against it. For those who believe their past injuries that may hinder their ability to join our program, know that we will continue to push you to be better but we will do so within your limits.

We will teach you how to defend yourself, help with weekly workouts, meet new people, relieve your stress and exercise your mind.

Beginner - Yellow Belt Schedule

Monday: 6:15pm - 7:15pm
Wednesday: 6:15pm - 7:15pm
Saturday: 12:45pm - 1:45pm (For missed classes)

Orange Belt - Green Belt Schedule

Monday: 7:15pm - 8:15pm
Wednesday: 7:15pm - 8:15pm
Saturday: 12:45pm - 1:45pm (For missed classes)

Blue Belt - Black Belt Schedule

Tuesday: 7:45pm - 8:45pm
Thursday: 7:45pm - 8:45pm
Saturday: 12:45pm - 1:45pm (For missed classes)
