Sifu Paul Lebrun

Started training January 18, 2003 under the direction of Sibok Tom Shamuon. Currently holds his adult black sash.

Won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards at various tournaments throughout Ontario. Including winning 3rd places in sparring, forms, and weapon forms in the advanced mens 35+ division for the P.M.A in the 2005 season.

Most regarded awards to date are winning Gold medal for forms, Gold medal for weapon forms, and Silver Medal for sparring in the 2006 WCOAA Good Will Games in mens 35+ intermediate division representing team Canada.

Most important winning Gold medal for forms, Gold medal for weapon forms, and Gold Medal for sparring in the 2007 WCOAA Good Will Games World Cup in Mens 35+ advanced division representing Team Canada.

In 2009, in Cuba for the International Congress of Martial Art International Games, Paul won the Triple Crown gold medalist award in the black belt divisions.
